Keyword Density & Phrase Analyzer

Find the most repeated words and 2-3 word phrases in any text, with counts and density.

About this tool

Writers and website owners often want to know which words dominate a draft. A keyword density analyzer counts how often each word or phrase appears and expresses it as a percentage of the total word count. It helps you spot accidental repetition, check that your main topic is clearly present, and avoid the unnatural over-use of a phrase that search engines may treat as keyword stuffing.

This tool reports total words, unique words, characters, sentences and estimated reading time (at 200 words per minute), then lists the top single words, two-word phrases and three-word phrases. Common English stop words such as “the” and “and” can be filtered out so that meaningful terms rise to the top.

There is no ideal density percentage. Write naturally for people first, and use this report only as a mirror for your own draft.

How to use it

  1. Paste your article, essay or product description.
  2. Choose whether to ignore common stop words.
  3. Press Analyze and review the tables.
