Meeting Time Zone Planner

Find the overlap in working hours between up to four time zones for a given date.

About this tool

Scheduling a call across continents is harder than converting a single time. You need to know when everybody is within reasonable working hours, and daylight-saving rules mean the answer changes through the year. This planner lays out a 24-hour grid for your chosen date and shows the local time in up to four time zones side by side.

Rows where every selected location is inside the working-hours window you define (default 09:00 to 18:00) are highlighted in green, so the best meeting slots are visible at a glance. The grid is built from the date you pick, using your browser's built-in time-zone database, so daylight-saving transitions are handled correctly for that specific day.

Use it for remote-team stand-ups, client calls, webinars and family chats across countries. The first column shows UTC for reference.

How to use it

  1. Select the date and two to four time zones.
  2. Set the working-hours window if it differs from the default.
  3. Pick any green row for a time that works for everyone.

Frequently asked questions

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Local times come from the browser's IANA time-zone data for the exact date you choose.

What if there is no overlap?

If no row is green, widen the working-hours window or choose an early or late slot that is fair to all participants.

Can I add more than four zones?

This version supports four.
